We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious IT Helpdesk Technician to join our busy IT Services team at Stephenson College. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for any queries and work with the IT team to solve these and provide support. There also may be opportunities to get involved in other tasks across the wider IT team through supporting casework and projects.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate information clearly and accurately across the team and organisation. You will have the ability to work successfully as part of a team and have strong attention to detail skills.
We're looking for someone who has experience of working with Microsoft technologies and supporting people with day-to-day challenges, issues and queries. You will have experience working in a generalist IT support role and excellent communication skills.
