The predicted salary is between 25950 - 25950 Β£ per year.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at both Stephenson and Brooksby College. The college comprises over 700 full-time students across varying curriculum departments. This is a challenging and diverse role, and you will have significant contact with College staff, learners, parents, and external partners providing support and information.
You will provide a wide range of administrative functions for the area staff including letter, document and spreadsheet creation, record keeping and tracking, trip and event organisation, calendars, messaging, orders, stationery etc.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Run data reports for the department to support both curriculum and business support departments managers in improving the quality of provision
- Take a lead role in logging absences and monitoring daily attendance to lessons
- Provide administration support for curriculum managers and area staff
- Continually develop new systems and working practices to ensure essential and accurate administrative function is kept efficient and effective for the department
What we are looking for:
- A relevant academic or vocational qualification at Level 3 or above
- Experience of providing an administrative service, preferably in an education setting
- Experience of producing high-quality reports, managing data and producing pivot tables
- Excellent IT skills using a variety of systems including Microsoft Office, web-based systems
