The Leicestershire College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our dedicated HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, and onboarding. As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across the College.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering monthly payroll processes and employment contracts.
- Supporting recruitment and selection, including compliance checks and onboarding.
- Advising staff on HR queries and coordinating flexible working requests.
- Managing absence and wellbeing processes, including occupational health referrals.
