The Work Placements Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping outstanding work experience, industry placement, and higher education placement opportunities across the Loughborough College Group.
Responsibilities
- You will inspire and manage a team of Placement Coordinators, build strong relationships with curriculum teams and employers, and ensure placements deliver real value for learners.
- You will drive performance, meet funding and compliance requirements, and support positive learner destinations while contributing directly to the College’s strategic employer engagement ambitions.
Employment Conditions
The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College Group. Employees are based at one of the Group’s campuses. We are unable to provide skilled worker sponsorship for this position; applicants must have the right to work in the country without the need for sponsorship. All applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
