In this role, you’ll use your hands‑on expertise to support teaching teams, guide learners, and help shape the workforce of tomorrow.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Supporting classroom and workshop delivery alongside teaching staff
- Demonstrating practical techniques and industry‑standard processes
- Helping students build confidence and competence in their trade
- Assisting with resources, workshop setup and maintaining a safe working environment
- Offering real‑world insights that bring learning to life
We welcome candidates from a variety of trade backgrounds, including construction, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, plumbing, electrical, groundworks, etc. This is an ideal opportunity if you’ve ever mentored apprentices or worked with trainees, supported colleagues with practical skills and safety guidance or trained new starters on site.
