We’re recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, planning and organising the delivery of high‑quality placements, including Awarding Body, T‑Level placements and Work Experience. They will provide exceptional service through strong relationships with curriculum teams, ensuring KPIs are tracked, monitored and met. They will also ensure health and safety compliance and support students via 1:1 and small‑group sessions, as well as tutorial support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the work placement process for a caseload of learners across varying curriculum areas.
- Create effective links with employers and external partners to develop new and repeat business so that students achieve their work experience.
- Promote the employability agenda and work readiness across the college.
- Track, monitor and meet KPIs aligned to placement outputs.
