We are recruiting for an Equipment Coordinator to join our NFL Academy team on a sessional basis. The NFL Academy is a major global initiative by the NFL, offering talented student-athletes the opportunity to combine full-time education alongside intensive training in American Football, under the guidance of world-class coaching staff.
In partnership with Loughborough College (US High School equivalent) and Loughborough University, our Elite Football Development Programme enrols student-athletes aged 16-18 years from around the world. The NFL Academy integrates academic excellence, character development, and top-tier American Football training, to create pathways for young athletes aiming to secure scholarships to advance within the sport.
Since its launch in the academic year, the NFL Academy has successfully placed over 40 student-athletes into NCAA programmes, including 19 signees over the 2023 and 2025 signing periods.
The NFL Academy Equipment Coordinator will coordinate the high-quality delivery of the NFL Academy equipment needs. This role will include:
- Working within and providing support for a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintenance (including laundering), storage, inventory keeping, and ordering of NFL Academy equipment and storage areas.
- Support at home games and NFL Academy recruitment events.
- Driving the minibus during summer camp.
Attention to detail will be your strong point, as will taking pride in the high-quality maintenance of all equipment areas and keeping accurate record keeping. The role will require flexible working patterns, with some evening/weekend work.
Please note that the possession of a driving license is essential for this role due to the requirement of driving a minibus to transport NFL Academy players.
