We have an exciting opportunity for an Examinations Manager to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College. We are seeking an experienced Examinations Manager to lead the operational delivery of our examinations service across the College. Working closely with the Senior Exam Manager, you will oversee the full examination lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, accuracy and service for our learners.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated Exams team and a large team of invigilators.
- Manage the planning and delivery of all internal and external examinations.
- Ensure full compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisation regulations.
- Build strong relationships with Awarding Organisations and College stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence across the examinations service.
We're looking for someone with:
- Significant experience managing examinations within an FE, HE or school environment.
- Excellent knowledge of JCQ regulations and Awarding Organisation requirements.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Outstanding organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional service that supports student success.
