Loughborough College Group is looking for an ambitious and driven Work Placements Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping outstanding work experience, industry placement, and higher education placement opportunities across the Group. This is a high impact leadership position within Business Development, where you will inspire and manage a team of Placement Coordinators, build strong relationships with curriculum teams and employers, and ensure placements deliver real value for learners.
You will be central to driving performance, meeting funding and compliance requirements, and supporting positive learner destinations while contributing directly to the College’s strategic employer engagement ambitions.
