Responsibilities

  • Deliver content across the full range of Land-Based Service Engineering provision for Further Education and Apprenticeship students.
  • Plan, deliver, and review teaching and learning activities using effective and appropriate techniques.
  • Embed innovation and new technologies into the learning environment, sharing engineering knowledge and experience.
  • Travel to industry sites to conduct provision reviews with apprenticeship students.
  • Support continuous improvement of the engineering provision year on year.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Land-Based Service Engineering industry.
  • Experience in delivering education or training, with the ability to plan, deliver, and review provision.
  • Willingness to obtain a relevant qualification if not already possessed.
  • Ability to travel to industry sites as required.
  • Experience working with cutting‑edge technologies in an engineering setting.
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. Employment terms and conditions are different for Leicestershire College compared to Loughborough College. The role is based at Brooksby College, Leicestershire.
