Responsibilities
- Deliver content across the full range of Land-Based Service Engineering provision for Further Education and Apprenticeship students.
- Plan, deliver, and review teaching and learning activities using effective and appropriate techniques.
- Embed innovation and new technologies into the learning environment, sharing engineering knowledge and experience.
- Travel to industry sites to conduct provision reviews with apprenticeship students.
- Support continuous improvement of the engineering provision year on year.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Land-Based Service Engineering industry.
- Experience in delivering education or training, with the ability to plan, deliver, and review provision.
- Willingness to obtain a relevant qualification if not already possessed.
- Ability to travel to industry sites as required.
- Experience working with cutting‑edge technologies in an engineering setting.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. Employment terms and conditions are different for Leicestershire College compared to Loughborough College. The role is based at Brooksby College, Leicestershire.
