An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sports Development and Enrichment Officer across multiple sites at Loughborough College Group. This role will support the coordination and delivery of inclusive, high-quality sport and physical activity opportunities across the college group’s multiple sites, helping to enhance student wellbeing, engagement and participation.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination and delivery of inclusive, high-quality sport and physical activity opportunities across the college group’s multiple sites.
  • Play a key role in delivering enrichment activities and supporting sports programmes.
  • Build partnerships with external organisations to create a broad range of opportunities for students.
  • Contribute to the promotion of student wellbeing, engagement and participation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sports development or coaching.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated, passionate about inspiring others to lead active, healthy lifestyles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
