We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to work within our Sport Department, responsible for the delivery and quality assurance of the girls rugby programme at Loughborough College.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality and challenging learning experiences in girls rugby.
  • Plan, deliver and develop a high‑quality student‑athlete programme that helps students reach their potential in both academic and sporting capabilities.
  • Hold progress reviews with students in line with course, programme or framework requirements.

Qualifications

  • Relevant coaching qualification(s).
  • Experience working with student athletes.
  • Experience in elite sport.
