The Sports Department are looking for passionate, innovative, and dynamic Sessional Lecturers to join our Sports (FE) team at Loughborough College. This role involves teaching full-time sport students across a range of units, as well as providing lesson cover where required.

As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality, engaging teaching that motivates and inspires learners to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver challenging learning experiences, assess student progress, and monitor achievement to ensure learners meet or exceed their target grades.

The successful candidate will bring industry experience within sport, alongside a relevant degree (or equivalent qualification). You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a large, cross-curricular team. Excellent planning, administrative, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines and utilise a variety of teaching methodologies.

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. The terms and conditions of employment offered by the Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College. Please note that employees of the Leicestershire College are based at one of the campus’ of Loughborough College Group.
