We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Lecturer in Caring Services to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College. You will be required to teach across a range of programmes within the curriculum area.
Responsibilities
- To teach and assess across a range of courses in your relevant subject area, including preparation of teaching material
- To keep up to date with developments in the relevant subject area
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults that you may be responsible for or come into contact with
Qualifications
- Have experience of working in Health & Social Care/Early Years setting (care worker, social work, nursing, healthcare assistant, rehab, counsellor, occupational therapist, midwife or learning disabilities, early years practitioner, nursery manager)
- Possess organisational skills
- Have an eye for quality to ensure that the programmes you teach are consistently of a high standard
- Right to work in the country without the need for sponsorship
