Overview
The Leicestershire College is looking for a senior administrator to work in its Examinations office, primarily handling database systems and standard Office products.
Responsibilities
- Work with a variety of databases to support the examinations office.
- Use Office products and related software to manage information and reporting.
- Communicate with colleagues across the business, students, and external stakeholders via telephone, email, Microsoft Teams, and face‑to‑face.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and workload demands.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
Qualifications
- High level IT skills, particularly with databases and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
