We are seeking to appoint a Progress Tutor in Sport to join the existing team and support our 16–18-year-old learners to achieve their full potential and progress to their next steps.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a case load of learners in partnership with curriculum, other progress tutors and staff to ensure learners become independent and progress successfully.
- Deliver inspiring tutorial support to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences.
- Help provide cover within the team, making this a perfect route for candidates wanting to start a career in teaching.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree and vocational experience in an educational setting are essential.
- The ideal candidate will be dynamic, have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and work effectively in a large cross-curricular team.
- Excellent planning and administration skills and the ability to work to deadlines are required.
