Role Overview
Provide high quality face‑to‑face and online teaching to elite sport learners. Monitor learner progress to ensure target grades and enable all learners to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum up to L4 qualifications for elite sport learning.
- Set and monitor learner progress, aiming for attainment of target grades.
- Plan, prepare and teach lessons, employing a variety of teaching methods, including online delivery.
- Maintain accurate planning, administration and record‑keeping.
- Collate and report learner performance data to relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with students and partners across campus and at off‑site locations.
- Assist with development and quality improvement of the programme.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Experience in the Esports industry.
- Experience teaching or vocational roles in further education or similar industry.
- Preferred experience in elite sport, particularly motorsport, and talent pathway/high‑performance environments.
- Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to off‑site sites.
