Role Overview
Radmoor Childcare is seeking a Club Support Worker to join the team.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Club Leader to deliver high quality learning experiences for all children, ensuring that these are tailored to meet individual needs and create a fun, stimulating environment.
Salary and Working Hours
Type: Permanent – Part Time.
Working hours: 15 hours per week, 3–6 pm Monday to Friday for 38 weeks a year.

Date: Wednesday, 29th July 2026.
Responsibilities
- Plan a variety of activities and support their delivery to engage children and aid their learning.
- Implement and adapt learning experiences to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Support the Club Leader in operating the club safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all participants.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience working in child care, including an out‑of‑school or holiday club setting.
- Level 2 Child Care/Play Work qualification (desired).
- Knowledge of the Early Years Development and Framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
