Loughborough College Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Officer based at Loughborough College to support the estates team. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, compliance checks, and security operations, with 37.5 hours/week across 5 days and occasional weekend cover for events.
The successful candidate will hold a trade qualification and considerable maintenance experience, work independently or in a team, and contribute to KPI/SLAs while focusing on safety and service.
