Accommodation Support Officer (Waking Nights) – Brooksby College

We are recruiting an enthusiastic team of Accommodation Support Officers to provide welfare, safety and practical support to students aged 16 and over in our 104‑bed halls of residence and host family accommodation. The role involves liaison with student residents, responsibility for security, safety, wellbeing and organisation of events.

Working Hours

Casual vacancy requires out‑of‑office hours working including weekends and bank holidays on a flexible rota basis. Working patterns available: Waking Nights: 22:00 – 08:30. Must be routinely available to work times listed above. This is a waking night role.

Requirements

• Applicant must be over 18 years of age.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Maths and English (e.g., GCSE grades A–C).
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Participation in induction training prior to shift allocation.
