Tuesday, 1st September 2026 Were recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College on a part-time basis.

The Placement Coordinator will be responsible coordinating, planning and organising the delivery of high-quality placements, including Awarding Body, T-Level placements and Work Experience.

The Placement Coordinator will provide exceptional service through strong relationships with curriculum teams, ensuring KPIs are tracked, monitored and met.

They will ensure health and safety compliance is accounted for and support students via 1:1 and small group sessions, as well as tutorial support.

Responsibilities of this role include;

  • Managing the Work Placement process for a case load of learners in varying curriculum areas.
  • To create effective links with employers and external partners and stakeholders to develop new and repeat business, so that students achieve their work experience.
  • To work effectively across college to promote the employability agenda and work readiness.
  • Track, monitor and meet KPIs aligned to placement outputs.
