We’re recruiting for a Lecturer in our award-winning Forklift Truck Maintenance and Repair programme to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College. As a Lecturer in Forklift Truck Maintenance and Repair you will inspire Forklift Truck apprentices from across the country by delivering and sharing your industry-leading skills, knowledge, and professional behaviours. The successful candidate will be required to produce high quality and challenging learning experiences and deliver engaging training through a blend of classroom teaching and digital learning. Occasional workplace visits may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Significant experience in material handling device maintenance and repair.
- Experience working with apprentices in an educational and/or industry setting.
- Up to date knowledge of material handling device technologies.
- Ability to embed the needs of employers into the curriculum delivery.
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Ability to work with a range of people and work flexibly to changing demands.
