Loughborough College Group is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead the Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team in supporting over 200 full-time learners. You will manage a team of lecturers and tutors, drive teaching and assessment excellence, and develop curriculum design and delivery across SEN provision.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in SEN provision, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with external partners and cross-department teams to maximise outcomes.
