Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food preparation areas

Clean and sanitise surfaces including walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, and grills

Sweep and mop kitchen floors during and after service

Wash dishes, utensils, and all kitchen equipment efficiently

Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order, reporting any issues

Empty, clean, and re-line waste bins in line with hygiene standards

Keep refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas clean and well-organised

Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Evening Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning culinary team at Lough Erne Resort. This is a key support role within the kitchen, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Working as part of a fast-paced and professional environment, you will play an essential part in supporting our chefs and contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
This role operates on a 5 out of 7 rota basis, with evening shifts from 9am to 5pm
