Lough Erne Resort is seeking a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our breakfast service. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing the breakfast team, and upholding the highest standards of food quality and service. The Breakfast Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the resort’s reputation for excellence in hospitality., Lead and manage the breakfast team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality.

Ensure all breakfast operations run smoothly, from setup to close-down.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.

Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and menu consistency.

Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control to optimize efficiency.

Enforce all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with industry standards.

Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to implement strategies for enhanced guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel or restaurant.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively.

Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
