We’re seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our dedicated team of Trustees and support our small but powerful community organisation based in Brixton.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and sustainability of our organisation. Ideal Skills and Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas finance, fundraising, HR, legal, marketing, education, youth work, community development, or governance. Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term planning. Understanding of the role and responsibilities of a charity trustee (training provided if needed). Lived experience or strong knowledge of the communities we serve is highly valued. Personal Qualities Committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about our mission. A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to challenge and support constructively. Integrity, good judgement, and a willingness to learn. No previous board experience is necessary — we welcome fresh perspectives and are committed to supporting new trustees in their development.
What will you be doing?
Become an integral part of a dedicated and passionate Board of Trustees, helping to lead and shape the future of our long-standing community organisation based in Brixton. As a Trustee, you’ll play a key role in guiding the strategic direction, governance, and sustainability of our work. We are a values-led organisation, grounded in Listening, Collaboration, and the Creation of vital, community-driven activities that respond to local needs and inspire lasting impact.
