Our programmes support schools’ work on Relationship, Sex & Health Education (RSHE) and safeguarding. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team at Loudmouth. As a Tours & Bookings Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, allocating bookings, marketing, and sales for our educational theatre tours. Key Responsibilities: * Market and sell Loudmouth’s educational theatre tours to schools and colleges * Coordinate booking dates and allocate funding where applicable * Handle sales inquiries and maintain accurate booking records * Support tour budgeting and liaise with funders to track financial details * Assist with the preparation and writing of evaluation reports * Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails * Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team’s objectives Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, the role comes with a range of fantastic benefits: * Hybrid working: office-based in Birmingham 2 days a week, remote working for 3 days * 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Access to the Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support * Free parking at the office * A supportive, creative environment where you can grow and develop The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for arts education. You should be an excellent communicator who is comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
