We’re scaling and need a seriously good recruiter to join the team. We need someone exceptional at finding, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent. At Loud Solutions, we work with scaling companies across AI, SaaS, biotech, healthtech, operations, and founder-led businesses.
One week you might be running an executive search for a VP-level hire. The next, helping a client build out an entire growth or operations function.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Exceptional at candidate attraction and placement
- Comfortable managing senior clients and founders directly
- Commercially sharp and proactive
- Able to operate at a high standard without being chased
