We’re hiring a Regional Marketing Lead to spearhead our go-to-market efforts in [region] as we expand our international footprint. This is a pivotal leadership role within a newly established regional team, responsible for localizing global strategy, executing high-impact campaigns, and scaling our marketing presence in key markets. You’ll report directly to the Global Marketing team based in Singapore, while taking full ownership of the regional marketing roadmap and execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, understands local nuances, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own the regional marketing strategy and execution, aligning with global brand and business goals
- Act as the local GTM lead for product launches, regional market entries, and high-impact campaigns
- Localize and activate across brand, digital, partnerships, PR, events, and influencers
- Build and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, affiliates, and media partners
- Optimize regional acquisition and retention funnels with support from global growth and product teams
- Gather and share market and consumer insights to shape global positioning and campaign planning
- Track and report on regional KPIs, including brand health, campaign ROI, and performance marketing outcomes
- Hire, lead, and mentor regional contractors or future team members, shaping a best-in-class local presence
Who You Are
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in GTM, regional, or integrated marketing roles
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to bridge regional execution with global priorities
- Experienced in full-funnel marketing, spanning brand, acquisition, and lifecycle
- Deep understanding of local culture, platforms, media, and consumer behavior
- Proven ability to manage external partners including agencies and influencer networks
- Comfortable in high-autonomy, fast-growth environments, with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Entrepreneurial — scrappy, proactive, and resourceful, with a bias for action
Bonus Points For
- Experience launching or scaling consumer tech, travel, or telco products in the region
- Familiarity with both B2C and B2B2C marketing motions
- Prior work experience in a global org or matrixed team structure
- Some knowledge of eSIMs, mobile connectivity, or telecom industries
- Fluency in a regional language beyond English
