We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will contribute to the marketing narrative for LotusFlare’s B2B SaaS product portfolio, drive enterprise demand generation, and elevate the brand among global telecom decision-makers. You will work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to craft compelling stories that convert into pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Define differentiated messaging, value propositions, and positioning for LotusFlare’s DNO Cloud platform with a focus on AI use cases and outcomes.
- Drive market and competitive intelligence to inform product marketing strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for product launches, mapping the buyer’s journey across digital channels including SEO, social media, events, and collateral.
- Contribute to creation of thought leadership content including webinars, technical blogs, newsletters, and client case studies to generate new opportunities.
- Produce high-quality marketing assets including pitch decks, product data sheets, solution web pages, demo scripts, battle cards, and ROI calculators.
- Implement scalable lead generation and nurturing programs that drive qualified leads throughout the full sales funnel.
- Leverage AI tools to drive marketing velocity, content quality, campaign optimization, and productivity.
- Contribute to and optimize LotusFlare.com for messaging, content, design, and performance.
- Provide sales enablement collateral and market intelligence to support active sales cycles.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and ROI, using data to continuously optimize programs.

Experience and Achievements:
