Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, has great ambitions for its brands: BEAR, TREK, nākd, Kiddylicious, and Peter’s Yard. We aim to deliver sustainable growth over the long term, with taste and quality at the core of our brand leadership.

This unique marketing role involves working closely with the BEAR global marketing team while managing all elements of the marketing mix for Peter's Yard Crackers.

Key focus areas:

  • Be the main point of contact between the global team and UK sales team, ensuring UK market requirements are prioritised.
  • Develop an annual plan in collaboration with sales that addresses key issues and builds KPIs for growth.
  • Keep consumer insight at the heart of brand strategy while applying a commercial lens.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and maintain the brand proposition ahead of the competition.
  • Execute EPD and NPD with excellence, driving visibility and talkability to enhance penetration and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the global team on executing our digital-first strategy and instore activation.
  • Manage our digital and social brand presence, delivering relevance and meaningfulness to consumers.
  • Define and build a community through local events, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Manage the marketing budget and reporting to ensure efficient spending.
  • Oversee 2 direct reports at Brand Manager level who will drive execution of the strategic plan.

Peters Yard:

Peter’s Yard is a growing sourdough bakery business that combines Swedish tradition with British craft. Founded in 2008 and acquired by Lotus Bakeries in 2022, it is now listed in major retailers and has ambitious growth plans in the UK.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the end-to-end marketing mix, leading products from insight and concept development to launch execution and integrated campaigns.
  • Report into the Managing Director – BEAR Snacks and Peter’s Yard Crackers.

You are an energetic and experienced Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by making a real commercial impact. You will take ownership of the BEAR and Peter’s Yard brands in the UK, driving strategic growth and influencing stakeholders.
