Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, has great ambitions for its brands: BEAR, TREK, nakd., Kiddylicious, and Peter’s Yard. We aim to deliver sustainable growth over the long term, with taste and quality at the core of our brand leadership.
Key focus areas of the role include:
- Full management of Holland & Barrett, Boots, and other high street customers, including budget planning, P&L, range review proposals, joint business plans, supporting new line listings, delivering the promotional plan, and ensuring stock availability.
- Building a network of key contacts within the account base from supply chain, formats, merchandising, promotional planning, admin, and the buyer.
- Regular store visits to ensure activity is happening and to review the competitor set.
- Working with the category team to develop and optimise existing ranges and engaging sell-in stories for new products.
- Collaborating with the Shopper Marketing team to agree on media spend and strategy in line with marketing plans.
- Supporting the retail team in delivering annual plans while working across all business functions, including operations, finance, marketing, customer service, and NPD.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is likely an existing Key Account Manager or a highly ambitious Account Executive with experience in key accounts.
- Has the right to work within the UK (without sponsorship).
- Holds a minimum education of Bachelor's Degree level.
- Has 2+ years of experience dealing with FMCG buyers.
- Is results-oriented and able to deliver account/channel targets.
- Is numerate, with an understanding of P&L’s and margins, and has good attention to detail.
- Possesses strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams.
- Exhibits excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Has a passion for health and well-being.
- Is a strong team player.
