Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, you will execute brand strategies that significantly grow household penetration for TREK, the fastest growing brand in the category. You will be a passionate and driven marketer with real opportunities to own and shape TREK’s partnerships, owned channels including social, and influencers programme from ideation through to execution, whilst navigating the challenges of changing advertising regulations.
In addition to these areas of focus, excellent execution is key across a wide range of marketing activities including:
- Events
- In-store activation
- On-pack promotions
- ATL amplification
- Innovation launch campaigns
Below is where you’ll spend most of your time:
- Lead TREK’s partnerships programme: ownership of planning/optimisation in addition to day-to-day partners management and hands-on execution.
- Own the TREK owned media schedule, guiding social agency and working with our in-house design studio to deliver always-on content that drives engagement and relevancy.
- Build compelling amplification plans for brand launches and initiatives across our Owned channels, partnerships, and events.
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing the TREK brand plans.
- Attend and present brand plans to retailers as required throughout the year.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand retailer specific strategies.
- Continually analyse portfolio performance and category news to keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition.
- Deliver excellent execution of yearly NPD with UK go-to-market plans.
- Lead and implement best-in-class consumer activation plans and events with clear evaluation and continuous improvement.
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Brand Manager who wants to join our fast-paced team and make a real difference. As UK Brand Manager for TREK, you will drive brand awareness and penetration, building strong relationships with our consumers.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum Education to Bachelor’s Degree level
- Minimum 4 years relevant Marketing experience in an FMCG business
- Experience working in a brand team, managing through-the-line campaigns
- Experience of Owned Media development and working with influencers
- Strong project management skills including working cross-functionally
- A good understanding of advertising agencies and the ability to plan, measure, and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
- Experience working with a Global Brands team or central marketing team
