We are seeking a PMO Lead to join our dynamic PMO team at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Hethel.

What you'll do:

  • Project Management of small and medium sized projects from Kick Off through to Final Status Report.
  • Expertise in MSP to capture and track project expenditures against targets, continuously improving tracking methods.
  • Monitor and report on the financial status of projects, generating metrics for review at project meetings and senior reviews.
  • Project monitoring and reporting of progress against the plan, including mitigation activities and risk management.
  • Lead launch build phases, ensuring robustness of KPIs with stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on leadership during builds on the shop floor.
  • Lead LCL Strategic Alliance responsibilities.
  • Lead data analysis for multiple projects.
  • Manage multiple project schedules and report status to management.
  • Act as a problem solver, identifying and resolving concerns from scoping to execution.
  • Prepare for build phases, create and implement mitigation plans, ensuring successful launch during all build phases.
  • Escalate issues preventing go/no‑go decisions into business level milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvements for LPDS, standardising documentation and processes across the business.
  • Collaborate across internal and external programme teams to support delivery.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience managing teams, business processes, and documentation in an engineering or relevant environment.
  • Programme management skills delivered within an engineering and manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Analytical, methodical, and team‑focused with thorough attention to detail.
  • Leadership of large cross‑functional groups to achieve project goals.
  • Experience in engineering or programme management of automotive components and systems.
  • Proactive communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
  • One‑team mindset and ownership responsibility.
  • Proficient with general IT applications, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, MSP.
