We’re looking for a brilliant Business Support Manager to become a key part of the engine that keeps LOTUS moving. LOTUS is a multi-award-winning communications agency specialising in travel, tourism and lifestyle brands. We’re fast-paced, collaborative and culturally curious — working with some of the world’s most exciting destinations and brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, loves being at the centre of things, and enjoys supporting senior leaders in a dynamic agency environment.
This is an office-based role in London, working closely with our leadership team and wider business support functions. As part of one of the UK’s leading travel communications agencies, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the agency, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support, helping to create an organised, efficient and positive working environment where great work can happen.
The role: As Business Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, acting as a trusted right-hand to directors and a go-to support across the team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating directors’ diaries, meetings and schedules
- Supporting the business with core administrative duties and operational tasks
- Assisting with the creation and formatting of business presentations and decks
- Handling agency correspondence and internal communications
- Maintaining and organising digital filing systems and shared documents
- Liaising with external service providers, suppliers and office partners
- Supporting agency processes, systems and ways of working
- Helping to foster a positive, well-organised and collaborative team environment
- Providing support to the HR function where needed (working alongside our dedicated in-house HR & Talent team)
- Supporting onboarding and leavers processes from an administrative perspective
- Acting as a central point of coordination across teams to keep things running smoothly
About you: You’ll be highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure — someone who enjoys juggling priorities and takes pride in making things run seamlessly. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in a business support, PA, office management or operations role
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Language skills, specifically Spanish, to support our LATAM division is a plus, but not essential — we’re more interested in the right person than ticking every box
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in agency life
Why LOTUS? You’ll be joining a friendly, ambitious and supportive team, working in a creative agency environment where no two days are the same. We value initiative, collaboration and people who enjoy being part of a growing business. If you love organisation, enjoy supporting others to do their best work, and want to be part of a dynamic agency with big ambitions — we’d love to hear from you. 25 days’ annual leave plus
