To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for aRetail Programme & RV Manage in the Commercial UK – Sales Department, to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.
Summary:
To support the retail sales team with market insights & forecast planning, to sculpture the segment leading commercial programmes on new and used vehicles, with strong leadership on residual value management.
What You\’ll Do:
- Review and report the market conditions, to develop a clear model segment action plan with the sales channel distribution.
- Build and develop commercial programmes, working alongside our agreed leasing and finance partners, to deliver a quarterly retailer programmes for new vehicles.
- Manage and lead all white label partners.
- Liaise with the UK finance team on budget forecasting and control.
- Work closely with the UK marketing team on communication ofoffers and market segments to target.
- Monitor success with the lead management team.
- Monthly reviews with the sales team, sharing opportunities and trends.
- Responsible for used car sales and remarketing, with ownership of the Lotus approved used programmes.
- Manage the brands residual values, with a clear view on protection and improvements.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Analytical, with strong market awareness.
- Able to monitor and calculate finance programmes.
- Previous new and used management experience.
- Strong understanding RV management, over a vehicles lifespan.

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our Coventry office.
- Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
