Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for an OTD (Order to Delivery) Manager to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of the end-to-end OTD management system, including process governance and performance evaluation mechanisms, to shorten delivery cycles and improve efficiency.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle orders; coordinate with marketing and sales channels (direct + dealers), receive order demand, conduct order reviews (capacity matching, material availability, configuration compliance), define prioritization rules, and ensure efficient order allocation and processing.
  • Develop production planning based on order demand, capacity load, and material supply; balance delivery priorities and capacity utilization to ensure feasible and executable production schedules and on-time delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality; establish OTD coordination mechanisms and ensure alignment of key information across order, production, logistics, and delivery.
  • Promote OTD digitalization by working with IT to optimize order management systems, production planning systems, and logistics tracking systems, enabling full-process visibility and efficiency improvement.
  • Vehicle management: allocate limited vehicle resources efficiently, ensure sufficient vehicle supply for launch activities with accurate model matching; ensure high standards of vehicle preparation and quality inspection; manage full lifecycle of vehicles, control costs, and improve utilization and turnaround efficiency.

This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
