- Lead media planning processes, including KPI definition, channel strategy, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and tracking integrity (including UTMs, tagging, pixels, and attribution frameworks).
- Manage integration of paid media with CRM, email, lead nurturing, and retargeting activity to maximise lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with PR, content, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective amplification across paid and organic channels.
- Supervise organic social planning and ensure alignment with global communication calendars and campaign priorities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across creative, production, and media teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Manage and reconcile media budgets across multiple markets, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and financial control.
- Maintain and develop integrated media reporting and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment across all relevant teams and markets.
