Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Marketing professional to join our team, responsible for driving performance across our dealer network and enhancing customer experience through data‑led insight, strategic marketing execution, and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in monitoring and improving retail performance across the network, translating commercial strategy into actionable dealer‑level initiatives, and ensuring consistent delivery of premium brand standards. Working closely with regional teams and central stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver initiatives that improve sales performance, customer retention, and overall network effectiveness. This is a highly visible role within a fast‑paced, international environment where insight, influence, and execution excellence are critical to success.
What you’ll do
- Monitor, analyse and optimise dealer network performance using key retail KPIs including sales conversion, lead‑to‑sale ratios, stock turnover and aftersales penetration.
- Identify performance gaps across the network and develop clear, data‑driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
- Lead and support retail performance improvement initiatives aligned with broader commercial and brand strategy.
- Translate central strategy into practical, market‑specific dealer actions and execution plans.
- Partner with Regional and Area Managers to review dealership performance, challenge underperformance constructively, and identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate and track the effectiveness of local action plans, ensuring outcomes are measurable and aligned to commercial objectives.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and BI dashboards to improve visibility and decision‑making.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and luxury retail analysis to identify best practice and performance improvement opportunities.
- Own and support aftersales and lifecycle marketing initiatives in collaboration with CRM and customer teams.
- Support rollout of national and local marketing campaigns at dealer level, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Develop dealer marketing toolkits to enable consistent and scalable local activation.
- Oversee demo vehicle strategy and utilisation in line with commercial objectives and customer experience standards.
- Manage and review dealer marketing investments and ensure compliance with visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Implement dealer performance scoring and reporting systems to improve transparency and accountability.
- Conduct dealership audits and mystery shopping to assess customer journey, compliance, and retail execution standards.
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of dealers to ensure alignment with brand expectations.
- Foster strong engagement across the dealer network and promote a performance‑driven culture.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable experience in retail marketing, dealer network management, automotive, or luxury brand environments.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into commercial action.
- Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, alongside advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in a matrix or international organisation.
- Experience delivering marketing or performance improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
- Understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages such as German or French would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience gained in progressively responsible roles within a relevant commercial or retail environment.

This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on‑site, full time. Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
