To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a HR Business Partner in the Group HR Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

Summary: This position blends the disciplines of project management, organisational design and development, global mobility, and HR transformation. The HR Manager will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver HR strategy, policies, and practices, while ensuring compliance with global standards and supporting complex, EU-wide HR initiatives. This role is working on behalf of Lotus Technology Innovative LTD. It is an on-site role, 5 days per week, based in Coventry.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic HR fluent English essential, additional European languages desirable.
  • Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Chartered CIPD (or international equivalent) preferred.
