We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Go-to-Market Sales Supporting Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the operational backbone for our sales activities in Europe, acting as the primary link between the sales team and the technical, product, and factory functions. Unlike traditional product definition roles, this position focuses on execution. You will ensure that our systems are accurate, our sales channels are equipped with the right configurations and pricing, and our vehicles are compliant for registration across key markets. This role requires daily coordination with R&D, IT, and manufacturing teams in China; therefore, fluency in Mandarin is mandatory. The work involves a high volume of repetitive but critical tasks, requiring patience, a high sense of responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
What you’ll do
- System & Configuration Management
- Pricing & Catalog Maintenance: Own the day-to-day operation of pricing and configuration systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date across all markets.
- Sales Tool Support: Configure and maintain backend systems, including the Lotus App setup for new market rollouts and special feature activations.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all product specifications, options, and version packs are correctly reflected in internal systems for order placement.
- Sales & Product Enablement
- Sales Request Fulfillment: Act as the central point of contact for sales team product needs, including pricing inquiries, configuration validation, options bundling, and the creation of special market‑specific version packs.
- Packaging Support: Assist in translating market demands into actionable product packages, focusing on practical 'go-to-market' execution rather than long‑term product definition.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Market Access: Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle regulations in key markets including the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, manage, and distribute essential compliance documents such as Certificates of Conformity (COC) and support processes related to national vehicle registrations to ensure seamless customer delivery.
- Technical Liaison & Coordination
- China R&D & Factory Interface: Bridge the gap between European market requirements and the China‑based R&D and factory teams, ensuring clear communication on product feasibility and technical needs.
- Connectivity & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with the telematics (T-Box) supplier and internal teams to resolve customer vehicle network and connectivity issues.
- Vehicle Lifecycle Support: Manage the system processes for binding vehicles to customers, including both new and used (pre‑owned) vehicle ownership transfers.
What you’ll bring
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential for seamless daily communication with China‑based teams.
- Experience: Background in sales operations, product certification, homologation, or vehicle administration within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Mindset: You thrive in an operational role and take pride in executing repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Key Traits: Highly responsible, organized, and detail‑obsessed. You can manage monotonous data work without losing focus.
- Technical: Comfortable navigating complex internal IT systems and standard office software.

- Pension scheme access.
- Annual bonus – non contractual.
