The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

To support the Procurement team through day-to-day coordination, data management, meeting facilitation, document control and internal stakeholder communication. This position is a 9-month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain Procurement data within relevant systems with an emphasis on Sourcing, Risk and Change Management Processes.
  • Arrange, schedule and facilitate meetings (includes issuing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions).
  • Maintain contract registers, supplier databases, and risk logs.
  • Prepare reports using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Lists and Power BI.
  • Preparation and support of Build Events and Programme Gateway Reviews.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support for Procurement Function.
  • Provide Plan for Every Part support on site.

What you’ll bring:

  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 particularly Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with databases, dashboards and procurement/ERP systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Clear and professional oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Confident in coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and tracking actions.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated.

This is a Hethel based role and requires on site attendance of 3 days a week.

Key Experiences:

  • Understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Tendering and Supplier Management.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools.
  • Use of Power BI and Workflow automation would be advantageous.
