The Role
As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional finish and quality our customers expect. You'll be responsible for inspecting and preparing vehicle body panels before applying paint finishes in line with documented processes and quality standards. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using specialist equipment while maintaining the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and inspect vehicle body panels prior to paint application.
- Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat finishes to required quality standards.
- Operate painting equipment safely and effectively within a production environment.
- Meet daily production and quality targets set by the Area Supervisor.
- Follow all documented processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Complete tasks within allocated cycle times.
- Maintain a structured and organised approach to work.
- Support flexible working arrangements to meet business requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within automotive, manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work to production targets and deadlines.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Flexibility and willingness to support operational requirements.

We have day shifts, and twilight shifts, twilights are paid an additional disturbance allowance.
