As we continue to elevate our capabilities and global presence, we are seeking a HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hethel.

About the Role: Lotus is recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join our busy HR department. This is a fixed term contract position supporting our prestigious manufacturing site in Hethel. Hybrid working is offered, flexibility to support outside of core hours and travel to our other sites may be required. Reporting to the HR BP – Operations and Supply, this role will provide first line advice and support to the business and its employees. They will take the lead on all employee relations, HR analytics and identification of key themes, our annual performance management process, and many more crucial aspects of our HR lifecycle. They will also support functional projects when required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking the lead on all aspects of employee relations including support investigations, hearing cases, supporting, and guiding managers.
  • Leading on analysing HR data and escalate any key trends/themes to the HR Business Partners.
  • Update HR policies as required in line with employment law changes.
  • Updating templates/forms/processes in line with business need and policy changes.
  • Support projects/initiatives when required.
  • Ensuring bi-annual reviews and annual reviews are complete across the business as well as any performance enhancement plans.
  • Provide advice and coaching for managers and employees.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience working at Advisor level.
  • Ability to be self-driven and a self-starter.
  • Innovative and creative ‘can do’ attitude and approach.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work.
  • Pro-active approach.
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong working relationships.

Desirable:

  • Hold Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification.

Additional Information: This role will be working from our Hethel plant within our flexible working policy. Candidates must be eligible to work in UK without VISA sponsorship. Fixed term contract 12 months.
