About the role:
- Sell exhibition space, sponsorship and digital packages for a B2B exhibition
- Work towards individual and team targets / KPIs
- Generate new business from warm and cold leads
- Understand clients' objectives and tailor packages to fit
- Face-to-face client meetings or networking at relevant industry shows
- Create accurate and persuasive proposals
- Manage existing customers throughout the sales and show cycle
- Account management and rebooks
The ideal candidate:
- 1+ years’ experience in B2B exhibition or conference sales
- Experience driving new business and account management / rebooks
- Experience selling sponsorship packages
- Solid track record of achieving sales targets
- Confident pitching to c-suite / senior decision makers both face to face and over the phone
- Consultative sales approach
- Right to work in the UK
Salary information: £28,000 - £35,000 with 40% OTE + 10% on all revenue over target. 25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays; Healthcare or gym membership; Free Friday breakfast.
