Job Title: Working Foreman / Site Supervisor β HMO Conversions (Joinery Background) Location: Northwest Salary: Competitive / Negotiable Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Your Opportunity: We are a trusted construction company delivering HMO and flat conversion projects for the social housing sector. We are looking for a practical and experienced Working Foreman or Site Supervisor with strong joinery and boarding skills to take charge of day-to-day activities on-site. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily site operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to a high standard * Work hands-on with tasks including stud wall construction, drylining/plaster boarding, and general joinery * Supervise and allocate work to trades and labourers * Maintain high levels of workmanship and productivity * Ensure health & safety standards are followed, including toolbox talks and daily checks * Communicate effectively with the Site or Project Manager to report on progress and site issues * Support snagging and ensure projects are finished to spec Qualifications & Experience Required: * Background in joinery or carpentry, with confidence in boarding and partitioning * Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Lead Tradesperson * Comfortable leading teams and working on the tools * Experience in HMO or residential refurbishment projects preferred * CSCS card (essential) * SSSTS and/or First Aid (desirable) Whatβs on Offer: * Competitive salary and full-time work across Northwest sites * A hands-on supervisory role in a stable and growing company * Opportunity to work on varied residential projects with career progression Please note: we can only accept applications from candidates who have the right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship.
