Your Opportunity: We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing health technology business looking to expand its sales team with a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Support Role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and supporting a busy sales function. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
  • Assist with campaign preparation and outreach sequencing
  • Work closely with the wider sales and business development team
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain engagement throughout the sales process
  • Carry out general administrative tasks to support business development activities
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties consistent with the role

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer service or administrative role is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Benefits:

  • £14.00 per hour
  • £50 bonus for every client meeting generated and successfully attended
  • Flexible working hours (minimum 20 hours per week)
  • Hybrid working available by agreement
