Company Overview

This Co is operating a network of 34 franchise areas, primarily following a multi-unit model. They have rolled-out a multi-award-winning digital transformation that placed data at the core of their growth strategy. The brand is poised for its next phase of expansion & seeks an ambitious individual, eager to embrace innovation & challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Network Management
    • Oversee the performance of franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards, operational procedures & contractual obligations.
    • Foster strong relationships with franchisees to promote engagement, collaboration & shared success.
    • Conduct regular reviews & audits of franchise operations to maintain quality & consistency across the network.
  • Strategic Growth & Development
    • Identifying new territories & supporting franchise recruitment.
    • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for innovation & expansion.
    • Work with franchisees to develop & implement local marketing & growth plans.
  • Training & Support
    • Oversee onboarding & initial training programs for new franchisees to ensure a smooth transition into the network.
    • Provide ongoing support to franchisees, including coaching on business operations, sales & retention.
    • Organise workshops, conferences & best practice sharing to enhance franchisee skills & network cohesion.
  • Brand & Quality Management
    • Uphold the integrity & reputation of the brand by ensuring consistent delivery of their programs & customer experiences.
    • Address any compliance or operational issues promptly & effectively.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight
    • Monitor franchisee financial performance, providing guidance on profitability, cost management & revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to manage franchise fee collection & reporting.
