Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Consult with customers to identify the best flooring solutions for their needs
- Produce detailed and accurate estimates and quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times

Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Previous experience within flooring retail or a related trade
- Confident with measurements, pricing, and estimating software
