CoEntry Health Tech is a growing digital health consultancy that helps health-tech companies sell into and scale across the NHS. We work with early-stage and scaling businesses that have strong products but need experienced, practical commercial support to navigate NHS structures, procurement, and adoption. We’re not a glossy consultancy — we act as an extension of our clients’ teams, focused on real-world traction.
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating and progressing new commercial opportunities for both CoEntry and the health-tech companies we support. This role is about opening doors, progressing conversations, and turning interest into meaningful outcomes. You’ll work closely with founders, NHS stakeholders, and the internal team to shape outreach, manage pipelines, and move opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound business development across NHS Trusts, ICBs, PCNs and related organisations
- Build, manage and progress pipelines using CRM tools
- Represent CoEntry and its clients on calls, demos, meetings and at events
- Support go-to-market activity, including messaging and target account planning
- Build and maintain relationships with NHS decision-makers and partners
- Track performance against KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline value, conversions)
- Feed market insight and intelligence back into client and internal strategy
- Work closely with the Founder and wider team to refine commercial approaches
About You
Essential:
- Proven B2B business development, sales or account management experience
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing pipelines, targets and performance metrics
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
Desirable:
- Experience in digital health, health-tech, SaaS or NHS-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
- Understanding of NHS structures, procurement or innovation pathways
Experience selling into the NHS is a strong advantage, but not essential if you have the right fundamentals and mindset.
What We Offer
- £35k–£45k base salary + £10k–£15k OTE
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Remote-first working with occasional UK travel
- Exposure to a wide range of digital health products and NHS stakeholders
- Clear progression as CoEntry grows
- A transparent, collaborative, no-nonsense working culture
Apologies but we can only accept applications from candidates that have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
